The second thing happened on Saturday, when my husband and I were looking at tools with a salesperson. Well, a worker walked right past us, which was the SECOND time someone ignored us.
The woman who walked right past us asked another couple for help. Could it be because we were a “older” couple and they thought the other couple was a new couple who might buy more than we did? Any way you look at it, they’ve lost two good customers.
Their actions were unacceptable, and I won’t put up with that kind of treatment. I guess Lowe’s workers think they’ll always have a job, but they won’t with this kind of customer service, or more accurately, with the lack of customer service.lowes corporate office directory
