There is a risk involved in removing Thunder Sakura’s juvenile antics. Each tree is surrounded by violent thunderstorms. If you stay too long in one spot, you will be struck by lightning.

Your Elemental vision will help you locate the blue swirling pools of energy around trees. You can stand in the pools until sparks appear around you.

Then, sprint out at the last moment. Once all the pools have been cleared, the lightning strike will remove the energy and restore the tree.
